I knew when placing the order I’d have to wait awhile as it was a back order. Knife wouldn’t be ready until end of April. I received the knife May 3. It was wonderful to have such great customer service.

This knife is very sharp, it is so easy to slide through everything! At the same time I like the weight, which is light and well balanced: Definitely the best knife I had in my life!

Kaizen knife is a 10 star plus knife. I have spent a lot of money over the years on knives, but the Kaizen is worth every penny and more. The only knife I need. Buy it you will not be disappointed but pleasantly surprised.

Honestly exceed expectations. Order, shipping and final product, flawless. Not many knifes you can buy in a lifetime:-) , but I will buy other products from them for sure. DHL as shipping company is sending many emails, but that's ok.

Excellent knives I’m retired and enjoy cooking at home now. My knives are old and not sharp.I was watching a YouTube video and they were chopping some vegetables and they had your knife. I took a screenshot and ordered them online from Japan. The service was excellent. It was pretty fast and I do love the knives, beautiful handles and very sharp. The only issue I have is the additional duty fee.. I understand why we have to pay it. It just would have been easier if it was included in the original price I did not see that. DHL held up the order until I paid them and then it was done quickly online. Thank you.

I have wanted a genuine Damascus steel knife for as long as I can remember. (now 73) I finally bit the bullet and purchased the Taski 7" Kiritsuke knife. What a beautiful knife it is, the presentation even prior to using it is fantastic. The beautiful hand hammered layer, the wonderful shaped wooden handle are real features. Once I used it for the first time, I was impressed with feel of the handle, not to mention the sharpness of the blade. It effortlessly cuts anything I have used it for so far. Why did I wait so long I ask myself.

The knife feels and looks absolutely amazing. The packaging was done with great care, and the blade is incredibly sharp!

Customer service was top notch. I had a minor fault with my knife. Emailed them, sent photos and they responded quick. Then sent me a replacement with no charge. I would recommend this brand because the quality is great and customer service.
