What if I accidentally pay the bill first?

Our concierge protocol requires you to contact us before payment so we can resolve the error with the carrier directly. Payments made before contacting us may not be eligible for protection.

How long do I have to report a notice?

Any billing notifications must be reported to the Taski team within 7 days of the shipment arrival to ensure immediate resolution.
