Shipping & Delivery
How long does shipping take?
Orders typically arrive within 5-10 business days from the dispatch date. Some handcrafted items may require additional time. You will receive a tracking number once your tool leaves our workshop.
Where do you ship to?
Taski ships to worldwide. Your order will be delivered directly to your doorstep (Door-to-Door) via express shipping from Japan.
Currently we are unable to ship to Russia.
Will I pay custom duties?
No. For orders placed via this in-store QR code, all custom duties and taxes are fully covered by Taski. You are guaranteed no extra fees or surprise charges upon delivery.

Where are Taski products made?
All Taski products are handcrafted by skilled artisans in Japan.
Can I use it if I'm left-handed?
Yes. Our Taski knives feature a 50/50 double-bevel edge, making them perfect for both right and left-handed chefs.
Care & Maintenance
How do I care for my Taski knife?
Care instructions for each product are provided on the respective product pages. In addition, a printed care guide booklet is included with your purchase.
Is Taski knife dishwasher safe?
We recommend avoiding the dishwasher. For the best longevity, please hand wash and dry immediately to maintain its professional edge for a lifetime.
Warranty & Returns
What does the warranty cover?
Our 1-year warranty covers any manufacturing defects, and we stand behind our craftsmanship 100%.
By registering through the extended warranty guide included with your purchase, you can receive coverage for up to 10 years.
Can I return the knife?
All returns must be postmarked within fourteen (14) days of the dispatch date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.
