Use and Care

Quick Maintenance

How to Use:
1. Attach your knife to the magnetic holder. Please make sure
the knife is flush with the table.
2. Roll the honing disc of the sharpener back and forth, sharpening both sides of the knife about 10 times each.


Thoroughly Sharpen the Blade

Recommended Frequency: Once a month
Surface Used: Discs on both sides of the roller

How to Use:
Before starting the sharpening process, ensure you moisten the surface of the yellow ceramic disc with your hand sufficiently to observe a color change. If you soak the disc in water for a long time or pour a large amount of water on it, the disc may detach from the roller. If the disc happens to come off, please reattach it to the roller immediately.

1. Attach your knife to the magnetic holder. Please make sure
the knife is flush with the table.
2. Roll the yellow ceramic disc side of the sharpener back and
forth, sharpening both sides of the knife about 20 times each.
3. Remove burrs on both sides of the knife with the honing disc.
