Use and Care

For Kaizen Series & Premium Series

At Taski, we believe that taking care of your tools is part of the joy of using them. With just a bit of attention, your knife can stay sharp, safe, and beautiful for years to come.

Mindful Cutting

While Taski knives are known for their ease of sharpening and user-friendly flexibility, please avoid cutting through hard objects such as bones or frozen foods.
Doing so may cause the blade to chip, bend, or break.

Always use a wooden or plastic cutting board.

Avoid cutting on metal, stone, or glass surfaces, as these can damage the blade’s edge.

Thaw frozen foods completely before cutting.

Maintenance

✅ Gentle Hand Wash Only

Dishwashers can damage the blade and handle. Instead, hand-wash with a soft sponge and neutral detergent, then rinse thoroughly.

✅ Swiftly Dry

Immediately dry the blade with a soft cloth after washing to prevent rust and water stains.

✅ Monthly Sharpening

To maintain optimal sharpness, we recommend sharpening your knife once a month with a whetstone or using a professional sharpening service.
