How to Use

• Prep: Wet the surface and wipe dry before use to prevent stains, odors, and slipping.
• Hygiene: Use the branded side for vegetables and the other side for meat/fish to prevent cross-contamination.

Care Instructions

• Washing: Wash promptly after use with a soft sponge and dish soap. Dry thoroughly to prevent mold or warping.
• Dishwasher: Rinse with cold water before placing it inside. Avoid using hot water first, as it can set meat/fish odors into the wood.
• Drying: Air dry naturally. Avoid direct sunlight or high-heat dish dryers, as they may cause warping or cracking.
• Bleach: Use diluted liquid bleach only. Do not use foam-type bleach, which can react with the wood and cause dark stains.
• Hinoki Resin: Natural sticky resin may appear on the surface. This is harmless and can be easily wiped off with alcohol.
