Usage Instructions:

・Before use, lightly moisten the surface of the cutting board and quickly wipe it dry. This helps prevent food colors and odors from sticking and reduces slippage while cutting.
　
・To prevent bacteria from meat or fish from contaminating vegetables, designate one side of the board for cutting meat and fish, and the other side for vegetables. Use the branded mark as a guide to distinguish between the two sides.

Care Instructions:

・After use, promptly wash off any dirt or stains and thoroughly dry the product before storing it. Leaving it damp may cause mold or deformation.
　
・When using a dishwasher, rinse off any dirt from both sides with water before placing the cutting board inside. Pouring hot water directly at the start of the cycle may cause protein residues from fish or meat to solidify, making odors harder to remove.　

・For hand washing, use a soft sponge with dishwashing detergent. Avoid using metal scrubbers, as they may scratch the surface.

・Do not use the product for purposes other than its intended use.
　
・Avoid drying the product in direct sunlight or with high-temperature equipment, such as dish dryers, as this may cause warping or cracking.
　
・The hook is soft and may become deformed or damaged during attachment, removal, or transport, so please handle it with care.
　
・Although the product is coated to reduce blackening, it does not completely prevent it. Additionally, the coating may wear off with use.
　
・If using a kitchen bleach, choose a liquid type and dilute it according to the instructions. Avoid using foam-type bleach, as it may react with the wood and cause black or brown stains.
　
・The natural resin characteristic of hinoki wood may occasionally appear on the surface, making it sticky. This is harmless to the body and can be wiped off with alcohol.
