Ingredients (for 1 serving)

  • 1 tbsp yuzu juice
  • 15ml ginger syrup
  • 100–120ml sparkling water
  • 1 tsp honey (optional)
  • Ice
  • Yuzu peel or a slice for garnish
       

 

How to Make

1. Pour yuzu juice, ginger syrup, and honey (if using) into a glass over ice.

2. Top with sparkling water.

3. Stir gently to combine.

4.Garnish with a twist of yuzu peel or a thin slice of fruit.
